Company Vault — Document Intake

Use this tool to submit company policies, processes, and procedures for ingestion into the canonical Company Vault.

Our AI will read your submission, classify it, check for duplicates and conflicts with existing documentation, convert it to Markdown, and open a pull request for review.


How it works

  1. Submit — paste your document text and/or link to Google Docs that contain policies or procedures.
  2. AI ingests — Merlin reads all submissions, exports any Google Docs, and classifies each document against the vault folder structure.
  3. De-dupe & conflict detection — overlaps, duplicates, and contradictions with existing vault content are flagged. Conflicts are sent back to you to resolve.
  4. Markdown & PR — clean documents are converted to Markdown and submitted as a pull request to the Company Vault. Section owners approve the merge.
