Company Vault — Document Intake

Use this tool to submit company policies, processes, and procedures for ingestion into the canonical Company Vault.

Our AI will read your submission, classify it, check for duplicates and conflicts with existing documentation, convert it to Markdown, and open a pull request for review.

How it works

1. Submit — paste your document text and/or link to Google Docs that contain policies or procedures.
2. AI ingests — Merlin reads all submissions, exports any Google Docs, and classifies each document against the vault folder structure.
3. De-dupe & conflict detection — overlaps, duplicates, and contradictions with existing vault content are flagged and shown in the Staging review page.
4. Staging review — you review the AI's work in the Staging page: see what it classified each document as, read the proposed Markdown, approve, reject, or edit each item. Nothing touches the vault until you approve.
5. Open PR — once all findings are reviewed, click “Open PR” to submit approved documents as a pull request to the Company Vault. Section owners approve the merge.
